Our laboratories are an essential part of the control procedures during processing and on the finished product.
We have laboratories at our production sites that are approved by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration for control of foods. Altogether we employ 6 lab. technicians who undertake the following routine analyses: dry matter, protein, fat and ashes.
