Quality and Analyses

Digests from BHJ are produced under veterinary inspection in accordance with the HACCP and GMP quality assurance programmes.

This ensures digests of high and uniform quality.

The raw materials of animal origin are fresh and cold, when they arrive to the production site. This gives unique conditions for the later hydrolysation of the raw materials improving the degree of hydrolysis and the palatability.
