At BHJ we have many years’ experience in handling Halal-products. We can offer a well-assorted range of Halal slaughtered chicken, turkey and lamb products. All products are developed in close cooperation with our business-partners to comply with our strict demands to quality and Halal requirements.
We supply products to the food industry as well as the wholesale and retail sectors. We can offer a wide selection of standard products. Furthermore we are also specialized in the development of private label products under our own brands, AGADEER and Family Cuisine.
AGADEER
The AGADEER products are solely produced from Danish Class A chickens bred on Danish farms under strict supervision by the Danish veterinary authorities.
To ensure that slaughtering and processing comply with the Islamic rites, we only cooperate with Danish slaughtering facilities supervised by the Islamic Cultural Centre in Denmark.

Family Cuisine is the new BHJ brand. Family Cuisine covers a fine selection of frozen turkey products, which are all Halal certified. The range of products is developed in close cooperation with one of our European suppliers who values quality and good craftmanship for their products to guarantee quality and Halal requirements.
